Our nurse practitioner Celista Mckenzie, conducts evaluations and provides a treatment plan specific to the individuals' needs. She administers corticosteroid injections, as needed in our procedure room for shoulders, knees, and elbows for our patients. She brings 16 years of experience with her including three years in the emergency room where she continues to PRN once a month.

Brenda Kennedy
Practice Manager
Brenda joined our team in February 2014. Previously, Brenda was employed with JPMorgan Chase and Company, and she offers 25 years of management experience and customer service. Her goals are to not only ensure we operate at the highest level of efficiency but also strive to provide excellent care to all patients. Brenda is an extremely professional, positive, and energetic person who loves meeting new people. Her favorite pastime is spending time at the beach with family and friends.
Celista McKenzie
APRN, Family Nurse Practitioner
Celista McKenzie is the Medical Director and Nurse Practitioner for our clinic. She began her career with us in October 2015. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of medical care for our patients and provides services that include burn treatment, suture removal, corticosteroid injections in knees, elbows, and shoulders; and physicals, just to name a few. She also coordinates other treatments we offer to our patients such as active and passive therapies, and chiropractic care. She is a native of Olanta, S.C. and received her RN Degree from Florence Darlington Technical College in 2004, then proceeded to get her BSN Degree from the University of Phoenix in April 2013 and a Master’s Degree from Walden University in August 2015. She brings with her 16 years of experience, including 3 years in the emergency room where she continues to work PRN.
Dr. Johnathan C. Dabney
Florence and Conway Locations
Dr. Dabney was born and raised in Florence, SC. He graduated in 2008 from Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, SC.
Since childhood he has been interested in health and wellness from a holistic standpoint and he is excited to use the knowledge he has gained over the years to help others in the same way.
Dr. Dabney is married and has four children and his interest include many outdoor activities.
Amanda Bartley
Billing
Amanda Bartley joined our team in April 2015, as a Billing Specialist. Prior to joining our team, she was employed by Pathology Service Associates and Carolina Medcare. Her main responsibility is to ensure timely and accurate billing for all of our services and she also assists with other front desk responsibilities as needed. Amanda’s goal is to ensure she is providing efficient and professional service to all of our patients.
Lakeshia Mumford
Chiropractic Assistant
Lakeshia began working with our team in May 2019 as a Medical/Chiropractic Assistant. Her main focus is to assist the Nurse Practitioner in gathering critical information on each patient prior to their exam. She also assists with providing therapies to our personal injury patients. Prior to coming to our clinic Lakeshia worked at Florence County Disabilities Special Needs Board as a Vocational Specialist for 16-1/2 years. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering in the community helping the elderly and others who may be in need. She enjoys singing, shopping, readings and listening to music.
